East Granby: Allen Petersen, Owner and President of Graphic Promotions, Inc, a Promotional Products and Ad Specialty company based in East Granby Ct., announced today that he has made an agreement to acquire Strategic Promotional Partners, LLC. Paul Finkle, Owner and President of Strategic Promotional Partners will remain in a consulting capacity to help integrate his sales force and client base with those of Graphic Promotions.
“We are thrilled to be joining with Paul and feel that it is a perfect fit for both companies”, Petersen said. “Through Graphic’s sister company, AdEmbroidery, Inc, we have been working together for several years so we all know one another very well” Petersen continues.
Diane Hart, Sales Manager for Graphic Promotions and Allen’s Son, Erik, who joined the team in September will work with Paul and his team to insure a smooth transition. “ I am confident that Diane and Erik will take great care of our clients” Finkle said, “ and with added bonus of their extensive in-house graphic design department headed up by Rhonda Mitzel, new and exciting opportunities will be opened up to our clients.
